Hawker Hurricane

Balsa wood aeroplanes are always an excellent choice of gift. They can provide hours of fun while assembled and take on the majestic form of an airworthy plane. These kits don't just look great when completed, they actually fly as well! Using the good old fashioned rubber band for power you won't need to sit around waiting for batteries to charge.

An authentic representation of the red Hawker Hurricane that served in the 527 Calibration Squadron that flew from Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire in 1943. The bright red livery made the plane easier to spot in the sky.

The kit contains: Accurately printed plan, laser-cut parts, tissue, rubber motor, decal sheet, detailed instructions, plastic cockpit canopy and prop spinner, propellor and PVA wood glue.

Wingspan of 18" (46cm)
